What to include
Buying tips: product name, price you saw, and a photo of the issue. Corrections: page URL plus the correct number. Pitches: your beat, two topic ideas, and sample test photos.
Response times
Most emails get an answer the same day. Complex corrections can take two days while we recheck the number. If a test unit fails, tell us the firmware version and the steps that caused it. That detail saves a round trip.
Editorial pitches
We accept pitches from testers who can show previous work and a clear test plan. Tell us the product, the budget, and the measurements you can produce. We do not assign reviews of products we cannot buy or borrow independently. A pitch that names the winner before testing is not a pitch we can use.
Advertising and review requests
We do not sell reviews, rankings or newsletter placements. Brands can send specifications and loan units, but we keep the right to publish whatever the tests show and to return a unit without a story. Sponsored posts are not part of this site.
Privacy of messages
Messages are read by the editor who handles the beat and are not added to a marketing list. We delete routine correspondence after one year. If you send a document, tell us whether we may quote it; otherwise we treat it as background only.
If you do not hear back
Check your spam folder, then resend with the page URL in the subject. Our reply may land in a promotions tab. If a correction is urgent, use WhatsApp and include the same details so we can act without waiting for email.
Press and partnerships
We answer media questions about our test method and can share raw logs for published guides. We do not accept paid reviews, sponsored rankings or guest posts with links. Product samples are accepted only if we can keep them, test them and publish whatever we find.
