It continues to amaze me how my parents and people I cared for in the dying process used to tell me they were ok. We adjust our lives and our destiny in relation to how we accept and embrace the path that is before us.
Truthfully, the only difference between you and Grief experts is time. If you’ll invest a little more time in reading, you’ll be that much nearer to expert status when it comes to Grief.
Something happens when we experience loss. Our emotions are heightened. We feel what is inside us. We begin to pay attention to our soul. This inward look at ourselves allows us to find our true identity. It is our soul. We come alive from the inside out. We are in a real way becoming more soul than body.
